u must download ifile and after finish instal ifile from cydia u must downgrade ur cydia to 1.0.3
how to downgrade?
go to safari browser and open this link http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/cydia_1.0.3366-1_iphoneos-arm.deb
if done u must instal it using ifile and it will instal automatic after u open that link.
reboot ur phone
done and enjoy using jb 4.3.1 with awesome batterylife
if u succed ur cydia will shown 1.0.3(not 1.1.1)
